Dr B Nayeema is presently associated as an Associate Professor in CMR Institute of Technology, affiliated  to JNTUH,Hyderabad.She has 24 years of teaching experience in academia. Her educational qualifications MBA, Ph.D., from Acharya Nagarjuna University and she has completed M.A Eng Litt from Andhra University, B.Ed from Osmania University. She has 24 publications in Scopus, UGC Care list Journals, ASIAN Journal of management, national & international journals. She has wide range of expertise in conducting and organizing student development programs, management activities and events. She has presented papers in various national conferences. She has also authored two books in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior. She has imparted Management and Communication skills to generations of students during her long teaching career, spanning over decades.
